Our Story
Founded in 2021, B1 Properties is a boutique brokerage in Dubai specializing in ultra-luxury real estate, with a particular focus on Palm Jumeirah. The firm represents both buyers and sellers of trophy assets and is led by CEO Babak Jafari, alongside a team of specialist agents.
To date, B1 Properties has brokered over AED 4 billion in sales and holds AED 1.4 billion in active listings, including several of the largest and most record-breaking real estate transactions in the region.

Babak Jafari
I started B1 Properties with a simple premise: Dubai’s ultra-luxury market deserved a brokerage built specifically for it, not a generalist firm treating it as one segment among many.
That focus has shaped everything about how we work. We operate with a small, dedicated team rather than a large one, because trophy asset transactions require depth of knowledge and attention that doesn’t scale.
